| Abstract: | La justicia restaurativa en materia ambiental. La tesis trata sobre la problemática ambiental, el acceso a la justicia y los medios alternativos de solución de controversias. Se realiza un estudio y análisis de la idea de la justicia consultando a Sen y Rawls., pasando por la evolución de la justicia hasta llegar a la justicia ambiental. Para encontrar la justicia restaurativa se realiza un análisis de los tipos penales, el trato que el derecho penal le da al ambiente. |
