| dc.description.abstract | La ciudad de Guanajuato es un asentamiento complejo y dinámico, en cuyo origen, la actividad sobresaliente era la minería, misma que, con el paso del tiempo ha disminuido su importancia por aquellas de carácter administrativo y educativo; entre 1920 y 1970 las actividades económicas de la ciudad se complementaron con el desarrollo del turismo fomentado por el gobierno federal como medio para reactivar y fortalecer la economía de la Ciudad a partir de su riqueza patrimonial. Con el turismo, Guanajuato capital, sobrelleva importante carga turística, que se ha venido incrementado periódicamente generando varias problemáticas a nivel urbano tales como saturación de espacios, infraestructuras y, la degradación del patrimonio tangible de la ciudad, impactando a su vez en la percepción de la ciudad de residentes y visitantes. Por ello en este estudio resultó trascendente analizar comparativamente la capacidad de carga turística de la ciudad con la capacidad de carga urbana a fin de identificar aquellos aspectos que desde el urbanismo sostenible deberían de ser fortalecidos en beneficio de la preservación del patrimonio y la calidad de vida de los usuarios cotidianos de nuestro caso de estudio. | es_MX |

| dc.description.abstractEnglish | The city of Guanajuato is a complex and dynamic settlement, in whose origin, the outstanding activity was that mining, the same that, during time it has diminished its importance for those of administrative and educational character; between 1920 and 1970 the economic activities of the city complemented each other with the development of the tourism encouraged by the federal government as average to reactivate and to strengthen the economy of the city from its hereditary wealth. With the tourism, Guanajuato capital, carries important tourist load, which one has come increased periodically generating problematic several at urban level such like saturation of spaces, infrastructures and, the degradation of the tangible patrimony of the city, affecting in turn the perception of the city residents and visitors. There for, in this study it was transcendent to comparatively analyze the tourism capacity of the city with urban load capacity to identify those aspects which, from the sustainable urban development should be strengthened for the benefit of the preservation of the patrimony and the quality of life of users everyday in our case of study. | - |
