| dc.description.abstract | El paisaje es un patrimonio territorial resultante de la percepción que tiene el observador de un ambiente natural en torno a las actividades humanas, debiendo ser tomado en cuenta para el desarrollo de proyectos sobre el territorio. El presente estudio analiza las transformaciones del paisaje que ha presentado en los últimos años Bahía de Banderas, en torno a la conformación tipológica que se ha manifestado, paisajes naturales; donde se identifican aceleradas transformaciones sustituyendo elementos naturales por artificiales, dando como resultado la falta de equilibrio e integración al entorno, y paisajes construidos; donde se han presentado diferentes escenarios agrarios y rurales con drásticas transformaciones resultantes de la urbanización acelerada, siendo estos, efectos derivados del crecimiento del Municipio a raíz de la demanda del sector turístico. La estructura metodológica empleada para esta investigación tiene como objeto un análisis cualitativo y cuantitativo del paisaje desde un enfoque visual que permita identificar sus transformaciones, considerando tres etapas, Exploratoria; permitiendo la recopilación de información mediante investigaciones científicas, Analítica; implementando la observación mediante imágenes y mapas con ayuda de Sistemas de Información Geográfica (ARCGIS), y estudios en campo y Descriptiva; describiendo la información obtenida, mediante el análisis de los procesos de transformación que ha presentado el paisaje considerando el periodo de 2000-2020 e identificando los porcentajes de crecimiento de mancha urbana. Los resultados reflejan un crecimiento urbano acelerado durante el periodo 2005-2010, asociado al desarrollo turístico de la región, presentando una alta migración por empleos y educación. Con esta información fue posible identificar como parte de las consecuencias derivadas de la transformación del paisaje, a la pérdida de identidad, estructura y significado del paisaje natural y construido que han afectado el entorno de la población del Municipio Bahía de Banderas, Nayarit. | es_MX |

| dc.description.abstractEnglish | Landscape is a territorial heritage resulting from the observer’s perception of a natural environment around human activities, and must be taken into account for the development of projects on the territory. This study analyzes the changes in the landscape that Bahía de Banderas has presented in recent years, around the typological conformation that has manifested itself, natural landscapes; where accelerated transformations are identified replacing natural elements with artificial ones, resulting in a lack of balance and integration with the environment, and built landscapes; where different agrarian and rural scenarios have been presented with drastic transformations resulting from accelerated urbanization, being these effects deriving from the growth of the municipality due to the demand of the tourism sector. The methodological structure used for this research aims at a qualitative and quantitative analysis of the landscape from a visual approach that allows to identify its transformations, considering three stages: Exploratory; allowing the collection of information through scientific research; Analytical; implementing observation through images and maps with the help of Geographic Information Systems (ARCGIS), field studies and Descriptive; describing the information obtained, through the analysis of the transformation processes that the landscape has presented considering the period 2000-2020 and identifying the percentages of urban growth. The results reflect an accelerated urban growth during the period 2005-2010, associated with tourism development in the region, with high migration for jobs and education. With this information it was possible to identify, as part of the consequences derived from the transformation of the landscape, the loss of identity, structure and meaning of the natural and built landscape that have affected the environment of the population of the Municipality of Bahía de Banderas, Nayarit. | en |
