| dc.description.abstract | Se comparten algunos problemas que se han experimentado al utilizar plataformas de educación a distancia, las cuales se han usado para complementar los cursos presenciales, pero que con el problema de la Pandemia del 2020 se convirtieron en la principal herramienta de interacción alumno profesor, sin embargo herramientas de software en línea empezaron a fallar por la pobre infraestructura que llevó a la saturación de las líneas cliente-servidor, causando el colapso del sistema. | es_MX |
