dc.description.abstractEste artículo da a conocer el nuevo paradigma que se construye en torno al compromiso que tienen las empresas de salvaguardar derechos humanos. Es de precisar, que la competencia de las Comisiones de Derechos Humanos versa en proteger a los ciudadanos frente acciones y omisiones realizados por el Estado que vulneren alguna potestad jurídica. Sin embargo, hoy en día el marco de actuación de estos Organismos se acrecentó, a efecto de que además de fincar responsabilidades a los Estados, también sea extensiva a las empresas.es_MX
