| dc.description.abstract | La participación de la mujer en la Orientación Emprendedora (OE) de la pequeña y mediana empresa (PYME) ha sido un tema poco explorado dentro de la literatura del managment, es por ello, que el objetivo principal de esta investigación es analizar la participación de las mujeres gerentes en las PYMES de los sectores cuero-calzado y textil. Al mismo tiempo, determinar si éstas contribuyen de manera significativa en la OE. Por tanto, se realizó un análisis descriptivo de medias en las dimensiones de la OE en mujeres gerentes del sector cuero y calzado y comparativa cualitativa con mujeres gerentes del sector textil, en donde se encontró una diferencia en la manifestación de la OE entre hombres y mujeres gerentes y el efecto de las mujeres dependerá en gran medida del tipo de industria en el que se desempeñen | - |
