| dc.description.abstract | En este artículo analizaremos la tipificación del feminicidio a partir de la base de datos de María Salguero, compararemos en qué lugares ha habido más feminicidios tipificados por diferentes motivos ya que hoy en día se ha convertido en u grave problema que afecta a toda la sociedad, sobre todo a las víctimas que día a día el número de feminicidios va en aumento. A pesar de que se encuentra tipificado en el código penal de Guanajuato no se cumple con lo establecido por muchas razones en especial por la corrupción, la impunidad la omisión y la negligencia por parte de las autoridades competentes que se encargan de juzgar donde la mayoría de las veces tienen posturas sexistas y no son capaces de sancionar de manera imparcial y sobre todo dejar en claro cuál es la diferencia entre feminicidio y homicidio doloso para no confundirse al momento de emitir la sentencia ya que hay ciertas variaciones en los años de prisión. | es_MX |
