dc.description.abstract	En la actualidad el salario mínimo no se ha calculado bien simplemente se hace aproximadamente, y no con todas las prestaciones de ley como se debería de hacer para que el salario mínimo que se tiene en la zona no afecte a la economía de los empleados. En el presente trabajo se llevó a cabo la investigación de la aproximación del salario en el municipio de Uriangato, Guanajuato, para determinar que son las prestaciones que hacen faltan y las que les dan a los empleados. Se observaron diversas problemáticas, como lo son que no dan las prestaciones adecuadas a sus empleados y el salario no alcanza a mantener un hogar de 4 a 6 integrantes por que gastan en necesidades básicas más de $2,000	es_MX
