dc.description.abstractEl presente proyecto de investigación, consiste como primera medida en analizar la gobernanza publica que impulse el fomento y la protección artesanal en la práctica turística de México y del Estado de Guanajuato; en los cuales realizando una comparación con otros países y con otros estados, se evidencio una falta de leyes que sirven de protección a este sector y por ende de protección a su patrimonio cultural; lo que finalmente indico que México y Guanajuato deben implementar Leyes Federales y Estatales que fortalezcan la competitividad del sector y su industria, para su posicionamiento en mercados nacionales e internacionales, expresado en mayores empleos y calidad de vida para los Mexicanos en generales_MX
