| dc.description.abstract | La rutina es un derivado de un flavonoide natural, conocida por tener propiedades farmacológicas como actividades antioxidantes, anti inflamatorias, antidiabéticas, antibacterial, anti adipogenicas y efecto neuroprotector. En esta investigación se procedió a elaborar un placebo de gel mucoadhesivo para posteriormente, incorporarla rutina a dicho gel .Durante el proceso es necesario buscar el solvente adecuado para disolver la rutina ya que no es soluble. Una vez obtenido el gel mucoadhesivo, se realizaron pruebas de calidad para asegurar que cumpla con las características mínimas físicas y de estabilidad. Así mismo, una vez obtenido y analizado el gel, se procedió a estudiar las propiedades de liberación in vitro, con una celda de Franz. Se observo que el gel mucoadhesivo libera la rutina paulatinamente, lo cual cumple con la finalidad de esta forma farmacéutica | es_MX |
