dc.description.abstractLa realización de una investigación sobre la gestión estratégica de la información en la Universidad de Guanajuato (UG) reviste gran importancia, ya que surge de la necesidad de mejorar el flujo de la información a través de los diferentes departamentos, personas, normas, pensamientos y por su puesto de las Tecnologías de Información y Comunicación (TIC) que conforman a esta organización, dando con esto a entender que la información y la forma como es transmitida representa un factor relevante para el desempeño organizacional. Debido a lo anterior, el objetivo general de esta investigación es identificar de qué manera los flujos de información generados por las TIC inciden en la gestión y las decisiones estratégicas en la UG.es_MX
