| dc.description.abstract | La biodiversidad de México es grande y variada, por lo que se considera un país megadiverso. Gracias a la recopilación de datos de investigaciones previas, ahora se conocen un total de 93 especies de mamíferos silvestres; principalmente de Rodentia, Chiroptera y Carnívora; existen registros para 30 de 46 municipios del estado de Guanajuato. Para actualizar la información sobre los mamíferos que habitan nuestro municipio, se realizan diferentes salidas a las áreas donde se conoce que habitan. Por esa razón se realizaron visitas a dos lugares proclamadas como Áreas Naturales Protegidas, de esas salidas se tomaron fotografías de las especies capturadas o del rastro que pudieran haber dejado, todo esto haciendo uso de diferentes trampas que no lastiman a los animales, haciendo una comparación con la base de datos existente, se comprueba la presencia de esos mamíferos y se espera realizar más excursiones para seguir investigando sobre las diferentes especies que faltan por conocer en nuestro territorio. | es_MX |

| dc.description.abstractEnglish | The biodiversity of Mexico is large and varied, so it is considered a megadiverse country. Thanks to the collection of data from previous research, a total of 93 species of wild mammals are now known; mainly of Rodentia, Chiroptera and Carnivorous; there are records for 30 of 46 municipalities in the state of Guanajuato. To update the information about the mammals that inhabit our municipality, different exits are made to the areas where they are known to inhabit. For that reason visits were made to two sites proclaimed as Natural Protected Areas, from those exits were taken photographs of the species caught or the trail that could have left, all this making use of different traps that do not hurt the animals, making a comparison with the existing database, the presence of these mammals is verified and further excursions are expected to continue investigating the different species that are missing in our territory. | - |
