dc.description.abstractEn el presente artículo se muestran diferentes interpretaciones sobre lo ocurrido en el Festival de Rock y Ruedas que tuvo lugar en el Estado de México en septiembre de 1971, mejor conocido como el Festival de Avándaro. Contrastamos específicamente la imagen que se construyó en la prensa, con el balance realizado por observadores que fueron enviados por el gobierno. El objetivo es detectar las representaciones de la juventud que se desprenden de estos documentos, valorar los juicios y prejuicios que contienen, establecer los argumentos que fueron utilizados para hablar del evento, y entender los intereses subyacentes a estas dos interpretaciones.es_MX

We specifically contrast the image that was built in the press, with the balance made by observers that were sent by the government.
