| dc.description.abstract | En esta investigación se analizó la importancia del cuidado preventivo de los pacientes que padecen diabetes en León Gto. La diabetes es una enfermedad que no tiene cura, por ello los pacientes deben convivir con ella y cuidarse para prevenir futuras complicaciones. La investigación consistió en el uso de estadística descriptiva, información de instituciones públicas como INEGI, Secretaría de Salud y Federación Mexicana de Diabetes para conocer el impacto de la enfermedad a nivel nacional. Se aplicaron encuestas a un sector de la población con diabetes bajo las siguientes preguntas (1)¿Cuál es el método más común por el cual los pacientes miden su glucosa? (2)¿Cuál es la frecuencia con la que los pacientes se aplican pruebas para medir su glucosa? (3) ¿Cómo se cuidan?, Los resultados de la investigación arrogaron respuestas alas preguntas, dado que el cuidar se implica algunos factores de revisión y registro de glucosa así como la frecuencia y el método que se realiza para medirla. | es_MX |

Diabetes is a disease that has no cure, so patients must live with it and take care to prevent future complications.
