dc.description.abstractSe analizan las imágenes de guayaba en diferentes estados de madurez aplicando procesamiento digital de imágenes. Se utilizaron las fotografías en RGB de 15 guayabas distintas. Fueron fotografiadas a lo largo de 11 días para notar las variaciones en el proceso de madurez. En el procesamiento, se utiliza la transformada con la wavelet Haar, se obtienen los coeficientes de diferentes niveles de descomposición y se analizan estadísticamente. Se identificaron comportamientos característicos dependiendo del estado de madurez de la guayaba en algunas de las variables estadísticas encontradases_MX

dc.description.abstractEnglishImages of guava fruits in different stages of ripeness are analyzed through digital image processing. The RGB photographs of 15 different guavas were used for this investigation. The photographs were taken during 11 days in order to noticevariations in the maturing process.
