dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo, busca analizar el papel que tiene la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación, en la toma de decisiones que afectan directamente a la democracia en nuestro país; la revisión del tema se hará a través de la discusión teoríca que existe a su alrededor y también desde un análisis cualitativo de las inciciativas hechas por el PRI, PAN, PRD y MORENA para realizar consulas populares respecto a los siguientes temas: disminución de diputaciones plurinominales; incremento en el salario mínimo y reforma energética.	es_MX
