| dc.description.abstract | El objetivo de la presente investigación fue examinar de una manera detallada y objetiva el régimen de elaboración transformación y reparación en recinto fiscalizado, partiendo desde los antecedentes existentes a éste, las causas que motivaron su creación y los resultados que ha tenido hasta la actualidad. La metodología que se usó fue documental y de campo, obteniendo diversos resultados entre los que destacan la escaza información documental existente y la negativa por parte de las empresas que operan bajo este régimen a responder a los requerimientos de datos relevantes acerca del tema. Se concluyó sustentado en los resultados obtenidos, que el régimen ha ido quedando obsoleto debido a la falta de flexibilidad que representa el operarlo y que no constituye una gran oportunidad para los importadores y exportadores ya que otro régimen engloba todos los beneficios de éste y adiciona otros más. Como aportación adicional se hace la recomendación de realizar un monitoreo constante por partes de las autoridades competentes a la forma en que se llevan a cabo las operaciones de comercio exterior para de esta manera adecuar los regímenes existentes a las circunstancias preponderantes al día de hoy | es_MX |

| dc.description.abstractEnglish | The target of the present research was to examine in a detailed and objective way the regimen de elaboración, transformación y reparación en recinto fiscalizado, setting off from the existing precedents to this one, the causes that motivated its creation and the results that it has had up to the actuality. The methodology that was used was documentary and of field, obtaining diverse results including the lack of existing documentary information and the denial from the companies that operate under this regimen to answer to the requests of information about the topic. It was conclude, sustained in the obtained results, that the regimen has been remaining obsolete due to the absence of flexibility that represents using it and that does not constitute a big opportunity for theimporters and exporters since another regimen includes all the benefits of this one and adds others. As an additional contribution it is given the recommendation to the competent autorities of making a constant monitoring of the form in which the foreign trade operations are carried out and in this way to adapt the existing systems to the preponderant circumstances on the day of today. | - |
