dc.description.abstractEl presente proyecto tiene como objetivo realizar un análisissobre el impacto político que tiene el Festival Internacional Cervantino en Guanajuato. Primeramente se habla de las ciudades históricas que son quienes concentran buena parte del patrimonio cultural del país, se continúa hablando sobre los festivales culturales que se han creado con la finalidad de divulgar los logros artísticos como antecedentepara poder entrar a la historiadel FICcomo surgió y como ha sido su impacto, social y económico a través de los años. Como parte del objetivo se hizo la compilación de todos los informes de gobierno desde que inicio del primer Festival Cervantino que fue en 1972, se extrajotoda la información del tema, para posteriormente hacer el análisis del impacto político. Derivado de este análisis se encuentra que los ejecutivos del estado no le han dado la importancia que debiera por ser un festival de gran impacto ya que solo hablan del tema en promedio de uno a tres párrafos.es_MX

First,we talk about the historic towns that concentrate much of the cultural heritage of the country;it continues to talk about cultural festivals that have been created with the aim of spreading the artistic achievements as an antecedent to enter the history of the FIC.How it emerged and what havebeen its impact, as well as its social and economic development through the years. As part of the objective, a compilation of all the governmentreports was done, dated from the beginning of the first CervantineFestival in 1972, all of this information was extracted in order to do the analysis of the political impact. Derived from this analysis it is found that governorsare not giving the importance it deserves to be a festival of great impact as they only talkabout it on average one to three paragraphs-
