The house fly is a problematic due to that are transmitters of bacteria, fungi, parasites; it is considered to be a danger to health issues for society and for the animals and also affects the economy. The goal of the study was to evaluate the complex spore-crystal of B. thuringiensis on larvae of house fly in laboratory conditions. To perform the experimentation were cultured strains of B. thuringiensis (Bt49, Bt91, BT110 and BT115) in LB medium, before performing the experiment was identified cellular lysis (the spore and the glass-free) of each strain used. Adjusted the concentration of the complex spore-glass to 1x108 spore-glass complex/mL. The percentage of control varied from 6.2% to 76.5%, the most outstanding strain was the Bt91 and the less remarkable the Bt49. It was found that the methodology used during the project is effective for the assessment of control of house fly larvae with B. thuringiensis. It is concluded that B. thuringiensis is pathogenic with larvae of M. domestica in laboratory conditions. We note that there are differences between the pathogenicity of the strains that were evaluated.-
