dc.description.abstract	El auto de vinculación a proceso se encuentra fundamentado en el artículo 19 constitucional, el cual establece que para que opere es necesario expresar el hecho que se impute al acusado, el lugar, el tiempo y circunstancias de ejecución. Pero ¿qué se entiende por el auto de vinculación a proceso?, ¿qué diferencia existe entre este y el auto de formal prisión? Este artículo busca dar algunas respuestas a tales preguntas.	es_MX
