dc.description.abstractEl feminicidio es un término relativamente novedoso cuya pretensión tiene por objeto hacer visible la muerte de mujeres por causas o razones de género, lo que significa que las manifestaciones violentas tienen como motivo o fondo la situación de desigualdad, subordinación y discriminación con respecto a los hombres. Se advierte sobre las implicaciones del poder punitivo del Estado para castigar estas conductas, y se hace una referencia por la legislación interna y externa que determinan a estos actos como violatorios de los derechos humanos de las mujeres. Finalmente, se realiza un análisis descriptivo del tipo penal establecido basado, principalmente en el Código Penal Federal por ser el referente nacional del supuesto normativo, así como del Código Penal del Estado de Guanajuato.es_MX

dc.description.abstractEnglishFemicide is a relatively new term whose purpose is related to the pretense of visualizing a phenomenon related to the death of women for reasons or reasons that have been called gender. From this point of view, it is understood not only the death of a woman but, in addition, this occurs as a result of various violent manifestations that have as motive or background the situation of inequality, subordination and discrimination of this social group. Accordingly, it seems that this situation is attributed to a host of factors located in the intentions of the male aggressors, which in turn are formed and legitimized by a broader social and cultural context of patriarchal domination; so the social and cultural context of our environment, together with the one centered on the aggressor, constitutes the main variable to explain the situation of violence in which women live in our country.es_MX
