dc.description.abstractEn el presente trabajo, se exploran características socio económicas primarias de las viviendas y población de León, Gto., referenciadas con su entorno y contrastadas con las de un espacio-muestra en situación de “marginación”. La finalidad es integrar la información disponible en un método descriptivo–analítico retabulable, que permita identificar efectos estadísticos límite, basados en las tendencias poblacionales y las demandas por suelo y vivienda popular. Al final se señala la información a procurar para afinar el modelo, al tiempo de cuantificar con mayor precisión el tipo de población afectada que se desee atender.es_MX

dc.description.abstractEnglishThis paper explores the basic socio-economic characteristics concerning the housing and population of Leon, Gto, in reference to their context and in contrast to a “marginal” sample-space. The purpose is to integrate the available information in a descriptive re-tabular analytic method, that will allow the identification of the critical statistic effects, based on the main population tendencies and the popular housing and land demands. At the end, indications are given as to what information should be paid attention to refine the model at the time of quantifying with greater precision the type of population affected that should be taking care of.en
