| dc.description.abstract | El objetivo del presente trabajo es identificar el comportamiento de las alteraciones cogniti-vas, emocionales y conductuales en adolescentes (psicopatología) que son utilizadas como recursos adaptativos o defensivos ante el medio y determinar las condiciones que preva-lecen en la interacción con sus entornos próximos, familia y escuela, posterior al intento suicida. Los datos se obtuvieron a través de un cuestionario que incluye escalas Likert. Los resultados evidencian en la población de estudio puntuaciones altas, ubicándose mayori-tariamente los porcentajes más altos entre el periodo de uno a tres años, otras en periodos más cercanos al intento cuatro meses a un año, y con porcentajes similares entre cuatro meses hasta los tres años posteriores al intento suicida, lo que nos habla de su persistencia y uso frecuente. Las dinámicas familiares se encuentran anquilosadas y estáticas, al parecer no han experimentado cambios importantes y permanentes a pesar de haber sucedido el intento suicida del adolescente. Las acciones de prevención, además de contemplar al adolescente, deben incluir a la familia, dada la importancia del rol que juega en su proble-mática obstaculizando el desarrollo normal del adolescente | es_MX |

| dc.description.abstractEnglish | This work aims to identify the conduct alterations of the cognitive, emotional or behavioral (psychopathology) that are used as adaptive and defensive resources towards the environ-ment. As well to determine the conditions that prevail in the interaction with their close en-vironments: family and school, in adolescents after a suicide attempt. Data collection was through a questionnaire that includes Lickert scales. Results reveal high scores within the population of the study. Mainly reaching the highest percentages in the period of one to three years. Others in periods closer to the attempt from four months to a year, and with similar per-centages between four months and three years after the suicide attempt, which discloses their persistence and frequent use. Family dynamics seem stagnant and static. Apparently, they have not experienced important or permanent changes regardless that the suicide attempt of the teenager happened. The preventive actions besides considering the adolescent must include the family given the importance of the role they play in the adolescents’ problems and the fact that they can obstruct the normal development of the teenager | - |
