dc.description.abstractLa presente invención aborda la problemática en torno a la generación de nuevos sistemas heterocíclicos derivados de cumarina con actividad antifungica. Su eficiencia se evaluó según el porcentaje de inhibición contra candida albicans, un patógeno oportunista en procesos infecciosos con respecto al fluconazol, un fármaco de venta comercial. Los resultados indican que los compuestos en cuestión son bastante eficaces, al inhibir las cepas en un intervalo del 75% al 96% y, mostrando concentraciones mínimas inhibitorias entre 900 ng y 2 mg (el estándar requiere 3 mg para ser efectivo).es_MX
