dc.description.abstractEl objetivo de esta investigación fue identificar la presencia de especies de las materias empleadas para la elaboración de grenetinas y gelatinas comerciales, mediante pruebas de PCR (Reacción en cadena de polimerasa), para identificar las especies constituyentes del producto y así poder garantizar al consumidor la información necesaria para que su adquisición y consumo sean seguros y confiables. Se utilizaron 16 marcas de gelatinas y 5 grenetinas diferentes, que se encuentran presentes en el mercado, a las cuales se les extrajo ADN para su posterior análisis por PCR punto final empleando primers específicos. En las muestras analizadas fue identificada la presencia de la especie con la que fue elaborada la muestra, siendo estos importantes porque se comprobó que algunas de ellas contienen una o más especies diferentes, es importante conocer la especie o especies que contienen las gelatinas, debido a que el consumidor puede ser alérgico a alguna de ellas.es_MX
