dc.description.abstractSe identificaron las especies de brúquidos que atacan las semillas de Prosopis laevigata (mezquite),Acacia spp.(huizache) y Mimosa biuncifera (gatuño), en el municipio de Irapuato, Gto. México. Lassemillas de P. laevigata fueron dañadas por Algarobius johnsoni Kingsolver en un 44%. En semillas de Acacia se encontraron a Stator vachelliae Bottimer, Stator sordidus (Horn) y Mimosestes nubigens(Mots.), causando daños del 32 al 84%. En M. biuncifera se detectó a Stator pruininus (Horn) comoresponsable del 53% de daño en las semillas.es_MX

dc.description.abstractEnglishIdentified in the municipaly of Irapuato, Gto., Mexico were the species of Bruchidae that attack the seeds of Prosopis laevigata (mezquite), Acacia spp. (huizache), and Mimosa biuncifera (gatuño). Damage of the seeds of P. laevigata by Algarobius johnsoni Kingsolver was at 44%. In the seeds of Acacia were found Stator vachelliae Bottimer, Stator sordidus (Horn), and Mimosestes nubigens (Mots.), causing losses from 32 to 84%.
