dc.description.abstractEl presente artículo conceptualiza varias de las palabras clave dentro del Acuerdo de paz firmado en Colombia en 2016. El propósito de esta conceptualización es entender teórica y académicamente qué es el Acuerdo de paz y encontrar cuáles son los motivos de rechazo al mismo. La conceptualización se construye a partir de posturas filosóficas con el fin de poder relacionar humana y socialmente el comportamiento de la sociedad colombiana respecto al Acuerdo. Además, cuestionar si la violencia, la guerra y la paz en el proceso histórico de Colombia han determinado la construcción de la realidad y actualidad del país, generando así una conducta social enmarcada dentro del derecho positivo o del derecho natural y que genera rechazo al Acuerdo, aclarando que este rechazo es suscitado en ambos bandos del conflicto.es_MX

dc.description.abstractEnglishThis article conceptualizes several of the key words within the Peace Agreement signed in Colombia in 2016. The purpose of this conceptualization is to understand theoretically and academically what the Peace Agreement is and to find out what are the reasons for rejecting it. The conceptualization is built from philosophical positions to be able to relate humanly and socially the behavior of the Colombian society regarding the Agreement. In addition, to question whether violence, war, and peace in the historical process of Colombia have determined the construction of the reality and actuality of the country, thus generating a social behavior framed within the positive law or natural law and that generates rejection to the Agreement, clarifying that this rejection is aroused in both sides of the conflict.en
