Title: Matrix analysis of reticular structures release 2.0 : AMER 2.0
Authors: Alejandro Hernández-Martínez
Abstract: The AMER 2.0 software is intended as a companion to the book “Basic Aspects of the Stiffness Method”.
The software was coded in Fortran95®, which requires the creation of an input data file containing both structural properties and load conditions for any structure to be analyzed. The input file is a text file, and it is read according to specific keywords indicating the software the data type to be read on each section. The software requires only the identification of initial characters. For example, for Materiales (materials) it is only necessary to have the five first characters, Mater. The required initial characters of each keyword are identified in bold.
